1. The aquascape desktop terrarium glass jar or container comes with a lid for easy opening and access.
2. Choose small plants that thrive in a closed, low-maintenance environment, such as succulents, or moss.
3. Add a layer of gravel or pebbles at the bottom for drainage.
4. Place a layer of activated charcoal on top of the gravel to help with filtering the air and water.
5. Add a layer of potting soil/ aquasoil on top of the charcoal.
6. Plant your selected plants in the soil, arranging them as desired.
7. Place small decorative elements like rocks, driftwood, or figurines to add visual interest.
8. Set up the LED light and adjust the height and power to provide illumination.
9. Close the jar’s lid depending on the plants’ requirements for air circulation.
10. Use led for 8 to 12 hours in a 24h day cycle.
11. Water the plants according to their individual needs, ensuring not to overwater them.
