Multiple orders will be clubbed and shipped together if placed on the same day or until the previous order has not left aquascape store.

Product must be presented to us before we can proceed with our return policy.
All returns or exchanges particularly should be done in person at aquascape.ae store within 14 days from the date of purchase. We are open 7 days in a week.
The items should be returned to any of our store, location is mentioned on contact us page.If you are unable to come to aquascape.ae store, we can also offer pick up service within an applicable pick up fee of 50AED.
- When ordered item is found altered/ tampered or used
- When the item is not in the original packing
- When item is bought on sale
- We do take return of live stock (eg fish, snails, plants etc)
- If the valid proof of purchase is missing
Return policy for electronic equipment- Our staff will test the items and replace only if the item is not working or in damage condition. If the replacement product is not in stock, we offer you with similar price product. If the customer need higher priced product, then the customer need to pay the difference.
We will NOT replace or refund any item/product which is found used or tempered or bought on sale or does not meet our quality standards.
Payment Terms- When checking out from your cart you, you will be requested to select a mode of payment for your goods. For now we only offer with Cash on Delivery.
Please keep the exact amount as the bill ready to be paid to the delivery staff at the time of delivery.
All payment should be made in AED. We do not accept other currencies. In case of delayed payment or non-payment aquascape.ae holds the right to cancel or reschedule delivery of your order.
