KEY FEATURES:
- Bioavailable organic carbon source for the planted aquarium
- Use as an alternative to CO2 injection or in addition to it
- Introduces photosynthetic intermediates
DIRECTIONS:
On initial use or after a major (> 40%) water change, use 1 capful (5mL) for every 40L (10 US gallons). Thereafter use 1 capful for every 200L (50 US gallons) daily or every other day. For smaller dosing please note that each cap thread is approximately 1mL.SKU: SE456 -

FLOURISH PHOSPHORUS 250ML
0 out of 5(0)Size: 250 mLFlourish Phosphorus is a safe solution (4,500 mg/L phosphate) of potassium phosphate that takes the guess work out of phosphate dosing.
KEY FEATURES:
- Phosphorus supplement for the planted aquarium
- A safe 4500 mg/L solution of potassium phosphate
- Takes the guesswork out of phosphate dosing
DIRECTIONS:
Beginner
Use 2.5mL (half a cap) for each 80L (20 US gallons) once or twice a week or as needed in response to signs of phosphorus deficiency (e.g. stunted growth, plant dark green).Expert:
The beginner dose raises phosphorus by 0.05 mg/L (0.15 mg/L phosphate). The ideal phosphate level will vary, but generally ranges from 0.15-1.0 mg/L.To target a specific phosphate increase, dose according to the following formula: 0.8vp=m, where v= volume of tank in gallons, p=desired phosphate increase and m=volume of product to use in mL. For example to raise 20 gallons to 0.1 mg/L phosphate you would use: 0.8*20*0.1=1.6 mL.

EASYLIFE Phosphorus 250ml Fosfo

Essential macronutrients
Easy-Life Nitro and Easy-Life Fosfo are used to compensate for a deficiency of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P), respectively. A deficiency of these macronutrients immediately leads to faltering growth or even to growth arrest.
A shortage of N and P can quickly arise in plant aquaria that contain very few fish or no fish at all, because very little or no fish feed is used. Together with fish excrement, fish feed is the most important source of N and P. A deficiency can also arise in aquaria with a very high density of plants. Nitro (which contains nitrate NO3) and Fosfo (which contains phosphate PO4) immediately compensate for these deficiencies.
The Redfield ratio is usually used to decide on the correct ratio between nitrate (NO3) and phosphate (PO4). See further on for a detailed explanation.
