he Gold Standard Substrate for the Perfect Nature Aquarium
When it comes to creating a thriving, lushly planted tank, your foundation makes all the difference. ADA Aqua Soil Amazonia Ver. 2 by Aqua Design Amano is globally recognized as the absolute pinnacle of premium aquarium substrates. Now available in the UAE at Aquascape.ae, this legendary black soil is engineered to mimic the rich, fertile conditions of the South American rainforest, making it easier than ever to grow difficult aquatic plants right at home.
Amazonia Ver. 2 is crafted from 100% natural, rare black soil that creates a dramatic, high-contrast backdrop that makes the vibrant greens and deep reds of your aquatic plants pop.
The Smart Evolution: Less Ammonia Cloudiness, More Control
What makes Version 2 revolutionary is its balanced nutrient profile. Unlike the original Amazonia soil which could cause massive initial ammonia spikes and cloudy water, Version 2 behaves cleanly from day one. It includes a separate Amazonia Supplement pellet pack. This allows both beginners and veteran aquascapers to control the nutrient load—simply add the supplement to the base layer for demanding root feeders, or use the soil standalone for a safer, lower-maintenance startup.
Why Choose ADA Aqua Soil Amazonia Ver. 2?
Optimal pH & Soft Water: Volcanic organic acids naturally lower aquarium pH to an ideal 5.5 – 6.5 range and soften water hardness, optimizing nutrient uptake.
No Compaction Granules: The porous, baked earth spheres retain their shape underwater for years, ensuring excellent oxygen circulation and rapid root anchoring.
Includes Amazonia Supplement: Comes with an enriched nutrient pellet pack to supercharge root development for demanding foreground carpets or heavy root feeders.
Fast Delivery Across the UAE: Sourced fresh and shipped securely to your doorstep in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all other Emirates.
Amazonia New Version 2 uses black soil for a raw material and it stands out against the leaf color of aquatic plants, and also includes Amazonia Supplement to enrich nutrients. By adding an appropriate amount of Amazonia supplement and laying Amazonia New Version 2, aquatic plants grow better and a beautiful Nature Aquarium can be realized. In addition, natural soils make the water quality suitable for aquatic plants and tropical fish, and it is easy to maintain an aquarium at the initial stage, so it can be used widely from beginners to veterans.

Layering the Supplement: For best results, scatter the included Amazonia Supplement pellets directly onto the bare bottom of the aquarium glass (or on top of your ADA Power Sand base), then cover it completely with the Amazonia Ver. 2 soil.
Do Not Rinse: Never rinse Aqua Soil before use! Pouring water directly on un-slaked soil will crush the granules.
Gentle Filling: When filling your tank with water, lay a plastic sheet or bubble wrap over the substrate to diffuse the water stream and prevent the soil from being disturbed.

Key Features:
– Provide a broad range of micro-nutrients (vitamins, amino acids) and micro and trace elements (iron, manganese, nickel, cobalt, etc) that will enhance plant health and growth. Signs of Trace Element Deficiencies.
– Boron: Death of stem and root apical meristem, leaves twisted, young tissue most affected.
– Cobalt: used for nitrogen fixation, same as nitrogen deficiency signs (stunted growth).
– Copper: Young leaves dark green, twisted, wilted, tip remains alive.
– Manganese: Chlorosis of young leaves, with smallest veins remaining green, necrosis between veins.
– Molybdenum: Chlorosis, twisting, death of young leaves.
– Zinc: Reduced leaf size, shortened internodes, chlorosis, spotted leaves, older leaves most affected.
– Nickel: lack of germination or seed formation, required for iron absorption.

Flourish Nitrogen 250ml
Size: 250 mLFlourish Nitrogen is a concentrated (15,000 mg/L) blend of nitrogen sources. It provides nitrogen in both the nitrate form and the plant-preferred ammonium form.
KEY FEATURES:
- Nitrogen supplement for the planted aquarium
- 15,000 mg/L blend of nitrogen sources
- Provides nitrogen in both the nitrate form and the ammonium form
DIRECTIONS:
Beginner
Use 2.5mL (half a cap) for each 160L (40 US gallons) twice a week or as needed in response to signs of nitrogen deficiency (e.g. stunted growth, chlorosis). For smaller doses, please note that each cap thread is approximately 1mL.Expert
The beginner dose raises nitrogen by the same degree that 1 mg/L nitrate would. This dose is sufficient to provide approximately 4g of growth (dry) or about 20g (hydrated) over a 1 month period (assuming all other necessary nutrients are provided). For increased growth use proportionately more.To target a specific nitrogen increase, dose according to the following formula: 0.25vn=m, where v= volume of tank in gallons, n=desired nitrogen increase (if using a “nitrate equivalent” value for “n” then use a factor of 0.05 instead of 0.25 in the formula) and m=volume of product to use in mL. For example to raise 20 gallons by 0.20 mg/L nitrogen you would use: 0.25*20*0.20=1mL.

ADA Green Brighty Neutral-K 180ml
Green Brighty Neutral K is a liquid fertilizer supplying potassium to planted aquarium. When potassium is insufficient, the photosynthesis activity and growth of aquatic plants are affected and this can cause yellowing and bleaching of leaves as well as lower resistance to algae. Daily application to the aquarium improves these problems and promotes healthy growth of aquatic plants.
